What is your supplement shelf actually costing you?

Tap everything you take. We'll add up the monthly bill — and show the slice going to limited-evidence bottles or nutrients your multivitamin already covers. Estimates use mainstream-brand US prices at standard doses.

Common questions

How are the costs estimated?

Each figure is the approximate US retail price of a mainstream/value brand at a standard adult daily dose, for a 30-day supply. Premium brands and higher doses cost more — treat every number as an estimate, which is why the calculator labels them (est.).

What counts as possible waste?

Two honest signals: spending on supplements whose benefit evidence is graded Limited in our NIH-based dataset, and standalone nutrients your multivitamin very likely already contains (paying twice). Neither means a bottle is useless for you — it means it deserves a second look.

Is this medical advice?

No. This is an educational estimate based on typical products and general-population evidence grades. Whether a supplement is right for you depends on your diet, labs, and medications — the free 2-minute stack check gives a personalized keep/stop/add read, and a clinician beats both.

Educational estimates only — not medical or financial advice. Evidence grades follow the VitaCheck dataset built on NIH Office of Dietary Supplements reference material. A "limited" grade means weak evidence for the marketed benefit in healthy adults, not that a product is fake or unsafe.

The bill is generic. Your stack isn't.

The free 2-minute check reads your diet and cabinet, then says keep, stop, or add — bottle by bottle.
